American president claimed responsibility of killing civilians.

Today morning a news channel told the story that American president Mr. Barack Hussain Obama has claimed responsibility of killing of innocent civilians along with terrorists in drone strikes. Now the matter of fact is that those people who are not a part of terrorism becomes terrorists when their brothers, fathers, mothers and sisters are killed in drone strikes. For the sake of revenge they becomes terrorists.
Now if we see in this perspective, then America is also a contributor to spread terrorism in the world. In fact some philosophers of America also contributed to terrorism by saying that big states should exploit the resources of small states. Thus big states triggered attacks on small states to occupy their resources. We can see the Russian expansionist ideas and American attack on iraq for oil resources.
America who claims to be the gretaest protector of world peace and of nuclear peace should be very cautious in such mistakes. America should be extra cautious not to kill innocent people so that they couldn't become future terrorists.
Then some other remorseful events are here to support this stance. As American drone strikes martyred 24 army personnel at Salala check post. Then they say that it was a mistake and even didn't bother to say sorry to Pakistan. Such a level of incautious behavior make people terrorist. As Pakistan is the front line ally of America. So America shouldn't do such mistakes which foster the cause of terrorism.
Then attack on a hospital in Afghanistan was also such an inhumane behavior. Such were the violations of American Air force of human rights. So America should be cautious not to make innocent people their enemy and terrorists.
