Why Pakistani youth and people want to to go abroad.

Today when I was going to attend the party of a friend I saw a long line before passport office in a particular even small city of Pakistan. A large number of people want to go abroad to earn their livelihood or for better education or to earn more money they are earning in Pakistan or to expand their business or to make better their lifestyle. There are positive as well as negative effects also. First we will discuss the positive impacts of going abroad. First there is a lots of remittances sent to Pakistan by these people thus increasing and strengthening national economy. Pakistan provides hard working labour on low wages so the foreign countries likes the labourers from our country. Secondly unemployed people got high money than they could earn from Pakistan. Second a student obtains international education and his mind is expanded to great limits. He learns a lots of things in the international perspective. He finds an opportunity to view the world and know in what fields of life we are lagging behind thus he could make improvements in these fields after completing their education. Thus he also finds an opportunity to have interactions with different cultures thus he would be able to analyse the pros and cons of the cultures. Etc.
A businessman finds an opportunity by travelling to abroad to expand his business in the international market thus exporting Pakistani products and services to international community. Thus also carving out good name and fame for his country.
But there are also some negative effects of going such a large number of people abroad. There should be a balanced and checked workforce to go abroad instead of such a large number of people. First of all talented people finds unsatisfied here and they move abroad for better income and lifestyle thus depriving country from talents, doctors, engineers and scientists etc what they should serve their own country .  Thus country faces dearth of talented people. This is the core inefficiency of the government which has failed to retain his talent and thus failing to stop his talent for his country. The talented people got education and training for long time in this country but serve other countries for the sake of money or the so called lifestyle. Whatever the reason may be, government should perform some consolidated steps to retain such talents in the country, some solid steps by improving pays and facilities of such talents who want to go abroad and serve other countries to retain them so that they could be able to serve their own country rather than others.
Government is also responsible for such a huge drain of labour also because of immense unemployment which the country currently is facing. Government should devise some concrete policies to provide business and work and education for the unemployed people so that they don't need to go abroad for their livelihood instead they should work in and for their own country and work for their own construction and development rather than developing and constructing other countries on low wages. Government should provide interest free loans to entrepreneurs and youth to be self sufficient thus making them businessmen and working for the generation of revenue of their own country thus helping in stabilising and thriving national economy to a greater extent. Youth has power, passion, and a great energy to perform. They should be employed in a better way for the development of the country rather making them unemployed thus generating poverty which consequently leads to terrorism and many other social evils. Government should fulfill his responsibility to remove the social evil of unemployment which is the mother of all other social evils for all the youth to work for their own country instead of others.
