Healthy life style

Healthy lifestyle is so necessary in this age of technology and no physical activity to maintain our health. Health is in fact a prices less wealth. Once we lost it we come to know its value. Then we consume a lots of money to regain it in its original form but sorry to say then its hard to get the genuine one which nature once has granted us because the medicines have some side effects also.
So its better to take care of health when we have it in its original form.
What should we do to maintain a good health.? That's a good question to ask and more important is to act upon.
First of all what we eat has a great impact upon our health. Always choose balanced diet which have all 6 components of food e.g proteins, controlled fats, carbohydrates, rich fibre containing vegetables and fruits. Organic components. Etc. Always try and rely to chose natural things to eat. Avoid junk food. Avoid artificial food. Always prefer natural over artificial. Avoid high level of cholesterol which makes us obese thus blocking heart vessels carrying blood to whole body. Thus causing heart attacks. Obesity is the mother of diseases as sugar, paralysis and heart attacks etc. So always eat less and eat only when we have full appetite. This will help release hormones and thus body will function properly and food will also be digested properly and there will be no fat.
Drink more water as much as you can, as water is necessary to keep blood flow which is vital function of our body to maintain life in every cell of the body and organ including brain. More water will keep the blood thin and thus assuring the continuous and undisturbed flow of blood to whole body. Thus ensuring great health. This will also help in more blood flow to brain thus boosting the brain functioning. Water is best natural laxative also this will help greatly to remove toxins formed in our bodies as a result of thousands of chemical reactions taking place in our bodies during many processes. Thus helping in fast removal of toxins and ensuring glowing health. Water is so necessary for our body that even we are created from water and every cell among billions of cells of our bodies contains 65-85 of water. Blood is heavily formed with water and food particles thus water is necessary or our life and health.
Then comes exercise. Now a days we have such a ill making life style. We have vehicles as cars, pajaros, jeeps, vigo, mercedes, motorcycle buses which prevent us from walking. Thus making us obese and thus preparing us for heart attacks, diabetes, paralyses etc. This all happens due to unnecessary accumulation of fats and clots in our blood vessels. Thus making us more vulnerable to heart attacks, low blood pressure, diabetes etc. Thus to avoid all such king of illnesses we must take 20-30 minutes of brisk walk every day in the morning and in the evening. We must do jogging also. We must take out time for jimnayseum. We mst involve at least one game for our fitness as football, hockey, volley ball, jim etc. We put heavy money for curing diseases once we are sick. So its always better to take care of health before we fall prey to any disease and adopt a healthy life style. Health is wealth we must maintain, take care and appreciate it before we lose it.
          " Prevention is better than cure"
So always take preventive measures to safeguard your health from hazardous illnesses. A sound body has a sound mind. Health is necessary to carry out daily functioning of life. A lazy or ill person can't do any thing great in the world so to make a mark in the world we must have an astonishing and well maintained health also. So to live a promising, well appreciated and befitting life we must have to take care of health. Small preventive and health boosting measures makes a great difference. So adopt them. As small and small when combined together makes huge.
Develop and maintain strong immune system which is fighting against all germs thus protecting us from diseases. If our immune system is weak we are not able to be saved by even minor attacks of germs. We should not be involved in unnecessary tensions and depressions. We must have full belief in Allah/God. Which created us He thus cares for us. He has created every thing to fulfill our physical, social, spiritual demands. So must not be depressed or tensed unnecessary. We must have full belief in Allah/God. This will help us greatly to release tensions. Thus making our immune system stronger. Healthy natural food. Avoiding junk. Avoiding high frequency of sex. Morning walk and jogging. Avoiding alcohol and smoking. Thinking positively. All makes us our immune system strong thus helping us in living healthy.
Health is priceless, health is most precious, take care of it before we lose it.
